How we're built
Most firms hand you a drawing and wish you luck. We stay until the building is standing.
Borna Engineering is a design-build practice. The architects who plan your project sit in the same office as the engineers who check it and the site team who build it. Nothing gets lost in the handover, because there is no handover.
That structure is why we can quote a real number early, hold a real schedule, and answer for the result. It is also why clients keep coming back with their second and third project.
What we do
Concept through construction drawings. We design for the plot you actually own, the budget you actually have, and the approvals you actually need.
Structural design and our own site teams. Soil conditions and load paths are settled before anyone pours concrete, and the people who build it report to us.
Interiors planned with the structure, not bolted on afterwards. Layouts, finishes, lighting and joinery detailed to the same drawings the builders use.
Scope, schedule and budget tracked against the drawing. One point of contact who answers the phone and tells you what stage the work is actually in.
Advice before you commit. Feasibility on a plot, a second opinion on someone else's drawings, or an estimate you can plan around.

How a project runs
You always know which stage you are in and what happens next.
We visit the plot, check soil and access, and write down what you want and what the budget allows.
Layouts, elevations and structural design. We prepare and submit the drawings needed for approval.
Our site team executes to the drawing. You get scheduled progress updates, not silence.
Final inspection, snag list cleared, documents and as-built drawings handed to you.
