Brief

At Banasree, Dhaka, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. The scheme carries 2 units per typical floor across 2 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 3,500 sft.

Approach

Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.

Outcome

Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
