Fakir Bari

Brief

Fakir Bari is an apartment building at Mirpur-10, Dhaka, planned on a 5 decimal plot. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 3,500 sft.

Approach

The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.

Outcome

Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
