A residential project at Ati Bazar, Keraniganj, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Five brothers, one plot at Ati Bazar, Keraniganj, and a brief to house every household without anyone feeling they had the smaller share. The result is an 8.26 decimal building with a full-floor 6-bedroom family flat on the first floor and three units per typical floor above.
The ground floor carries parking, a generator room, guard room and common toilet so the family floors are uninterrupted. Structural design and soil investigation were finished before the foundation was set out, which mattered on a plot this tightly used.
Handed over complete as a single design-and-build contract. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
