Borna Engineering was founded in 2014 as a design-build practice. The architects who plan your project sit in the same office as the engineers who check it and the site team who build it. Nothing gets lost in the handover, because there is no handover.
Over 12 years we have completed more than 2,500 projects across 63 districts — houses, apartment buildings, offices, factories and interiors. Some were single-storey homes, some were multi-storey commercial blocks. All of them were drawn, engineered and built by the same team.
That structure is why we can quote a real number early, hold a real schedule, and answer for the result. It is also why clients keep coming back with their second and third project.

How we work
We visit the plot, check soil and access, and write down what you want and what the budget allows.
Layouts, elevations and structural design. We prepare and submit the drawings needed for approval.
Our site team executes to the drawing. You get scheduled progress updates, not silence.
Final inspection, snag list cleared, documents and as-built drawings handed to you.
