A single-family house at Kolatia, Keraniganj, worked out on a 15 decimal plot. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,186 sft.
The street frontage is given to retail, with the residential entrance kept separate. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
