Runway Tower

Brief

Runway Tower is an apartment building at Priyanka Runway City, Uttara, Dhaka, planned on a 8.5 decimal plot. 2 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 5,050 sft.

Approach

Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
