A residential project at Atiapara, Shariatpur Sadar, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 9 decimal plot at Atiapara, Shariatpur Sadar and a family brief. The programme called for 4 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,279 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
