A mixed-use project at Palong, Shariatpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Shahjahan Villa at Palong, Shariatpur is a mixed-use block: a showroom, coffee shop and lobby at street level, a restaurant and further retail on the first floor, and the owner’s accommodation above. The client wanted a building that earns its keep on the ground and still reads as a family home from the road.
The commercial floors are planned around a single lobby and substation core, so retail tenants and the family never cross paths. Larger spans on the lower floors set the structural grid; the residential floors above sit inside it without transfer beams.
Delivered as a single design-and-build contract. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band and is one of our earliest mixed-use buildings outside the capital.
