The client came to us with the plot at Shariatpur and a family brief. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,931 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout.
