A residential project at Naria, Shariatpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 10 decimal plot at Naria, Shariatpur and a family brief. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,600 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
