The client came to us with the plot at Bhedarganj, Shariatpur and a family brief. The accommodation runs to 2 bedrooms across 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 1,638 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging.
