Zafrin’s Residence is a private house at Dohar, Dhaka, planned on a 7.63 decimal plot. The accommodation runs to 3 bedrooms across 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,800 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
