The client came to us with a 10 decimal plot at Belna, Khaskandi, Rohitpur and a family brief. The accommodation runs to 4 bedrooms across 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,670 sft.

Approach

The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
