Brief

A single-family house at Sutarpara, Haler Bazar, Dohar, worked out on a 15 decimal plot. The programme called for 4 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,720 sft.

Approach

The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.

Outcome

Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
