Raz Palace

Brief

Raz Palace is an apartment building at Radio Colony, Savar, Dhaka, planned on a 10 decimal plot. We worked to 4 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 7,800 sft.

Approach

Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.

Outcome

Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
