A residential project at Goalabazar, Sylhet, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
At Goalabazar, Sylhet, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. 2 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 7,000 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
