Mayamoy Nibash at Doyamir, Usmani Nagar, Sylhet is a mixed-use building on 8 decimals: seven shops and a 3-bedroom flat at ground level, commercial space with a flat on the first floor, and a full-floor flat on the second.
The shopfronts take the whole street edge; the residential entrance sits to one side with its own stair. The glazed corner on the upper floors marks the family living rooms.
Delivered as a single design-and-build contract. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
