A residential project at Khadimpara, Sylhet, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
At Khadimpara, Sylhet, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 4,225 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
