A residential project at Shibganj, Sylhet, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Faizur Rahman Villa is an apartment building at Shibganj, Sylhet, planned on a 8 decimal plot. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 6,180 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
