A residential project at D Block, Shahjalal Uposhohor, Sylhet, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client wanted a lettable building at D Block, Shahjalal Uposhohor, Sylhet, not a single home. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 3,500 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
