Proshun

Brief

Proshun at Arambag, Sylhet is a six-storey apartment building on 4.5 decimals — the owner’s own 5-bedroom full-floor flat on the second floor, a 4-bedroom flat below it, and two-unit typical floors above.

Approach

Three different flat plans stack inside one 2,250 sft floor plate, so the structural grid and service risers were fixed to serve all three before any plan was drawn. Brick and white render break the elevation into a rhythm of recessed balconies.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
