Rafi’s Home at Beanibazar, Sylhet is a large family villa in a classical idiom — arched windows, balustraded balconies and a formal entrance court on a 10 decimal plot.
The plan is generous: three bedrooms, drawing, dining and a store on a 3,177 sft ground floor, and six bedrooms with a family living room and terrace on the 3,380 sft first floor. Structural design was completed before setting out so the long spans of the drawing room could be kept column-free.
Handed over complete with as-built drawings. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
