A residential project at Baitul Aman Bazar, Faridpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
A single-family house at Baitul Aman Bazar, Faridpur, worked out on a 15 decimal plot. The programme called for 4 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 5,430 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
