A residential project at Nagarkanda, Faridpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with the plot at Nagarkanda, Faridpur and a family brief. The programme called for 3 bedrooms and grew to 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,614 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
