A residential project at Talma, Faridpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 17 decimal plot at Talma, Faridpur and a family brief. The programme called for 4 bedrooms and grew to 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,880 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Service accommodation is planned with its own access, away from the family rooms. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
