Bihongo is an apartment building at Sadarpur, Faridpur, planned on a 13 decimal plot. 2 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 3,375 sft.

Approach

The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.

Outcome

Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
