Brief

Salauddin Palace is an apartment building at Haveli Gopalpur, Faridpur Sadar, planned on a 6 decimal plot. 3 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 4,175 sft.

Approach

Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. The upper levels are worked as a duplex, so the family floor reads as one volume.

Outcome

Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
