A residential project at Shalta, Faridpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Roman Villa is a private house at Shalta, Faridpur, planned on a 25 decimal plot. The programme called for 4 bedrooms and grew to 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 6,745 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
