A residential project at Modhukhali, Faridpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Dumain Jomidar Bari is a private house at Modhukhali, Faridpur, planned on a 25 decimal plot. The programme called for 4 bedrooms and grew to 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 8,000 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
