A single-family house at Kamarkhali, Modhukhali, Faridpur, worked out on a 150 decimal plot. 6 bedrooms were required, spread over 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 6,590 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
