Brief

Noori n Koori Resort in Panchagarh is a resort and boutique hotel on 80 decimals — the largest single commission in the portfolio and the firm’s first hospitality project in the far north.

Approach

The scheme is planned around a covered arrival court and a curved glazed reception block, with the guest wings and landscape laid out behind. Master planning, structure and services were coordinated in-house before the site was set out.

Outcome

Design and engineering by our own team. The project sits in the 10 crore + band.
