A residential project at Rangpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client wanted a lettable building at Rangpur, not a single home. 2 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 10,000 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
