Nipoban

Brief

Nipoban in Rangpur Sadar is a nine-storey apartment tower on 11 decimals — two units at ground level with parking, and four 2-bedroom flats on every 3,200 sft typical floor.

Approach

Four flats per floor is only comfortable if every unit gets an outside corner; the stepped plan and cantilevered balconies were arranged to give each one a private terrace. The lift core was fixed early since it governs the grid on every floor.

Outcome

Design, engineering and construction by our own team. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
