A residential project at Thakurgaon Sadar, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The Palace in Thakurgaon Sadar is a low, wide residential building set in 50 decimals of grounds — one 4-bedroom flat per floor, parking below, and a landscaped garden with a swimming pool alongside.
With this much land the building could spread rather than climb: a single 3,200 sft unit per floor, symmetrical about a central glazed stair. The garden, pool and paths were drawn with the house so that levels and drainage work as one scheme.
Delivered by our own site team. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
