Oli Palace

Brief

Oli Palace at Munshirhat, Feni is a compact commercial block: six shops, an ATM booth and a bank branch on the lower floors, seven more shops on the second, and three-unit residential floors above.

Approach

The retail floors were planned around a glazed street frontage and a separate residential entrance, so shoppers and residents never share a lobby. Floor-to-floor heights step down from the bank floor to the flats above.

Outcome

Delivered as one design-and-build contract on a 6 decimal plot. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
