A residential project at Chandina, Cumilla, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
A single-family house at Chandina, Cumilla, worked out on a 7 decimal plot. The programme called for 3 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 2,540 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 50 lakh – 1 crore band.
