Abul Khair Palace is a private house at Muradnagar, Cumilla, planned on a 8 decimal plot. The accommodation runs to 3 bedrooms across 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 2,586 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
