A residential project at Muradnagar, Cumilla, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with the plot at Muradnagar, Cumilla and a family brief. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,150 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging.
