A residential project at Mohipal, Feni Sadar, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client wanted a lettable building at Mohipal, Feni Sadar, not a single home. 3 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 4,000 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
