A residential project at Shibchar, Madaripur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 14 decimal plot at Shibchar, Madaripur and a family brief. The accommodation runs to 4 bedrooms across 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,300 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
