Roddur Nirbash is a private house at Rajoir, Madaripur, planned on a 4 decimal plot. The programme called for 3 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 2,446 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 50 lakh – 1 crore band.
