Brief

The client wanted a lettable building at Pangsha, Rajbari, not a single home. 4 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 7,245 sft.

Approach

Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.

Outcome

Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
