Masud Villa is an apartment building at Staff Quarter, Demra, Dhaka, planned on a 4 decimal / 2.5 katha plot. The scheme carries 2 units per typical floor across 2 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 3,250 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
