A residential project at Itakhola, Amin Bazar, Keraniganj, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 10 decimal plot at Itakhola, Amin Bazar, Keraniganj and a family brief. 3 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 2,250 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 50 lakh – 1 crore band.
