Mohiuddin's Dream

Brief

The client wanted a lettable building at Dohar, Dhaka, not a single home. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 7,527 sft.

Approach

Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
