A residential project at Rupganj, Narayanganj, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Jesmin Villa, Rupganj is an apartment building at Rupganj, Narayanganj, planned on the plot. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 7,200 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
