A residential project at Pitolganj, Rupganj, Narayanganj, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 14 decimal plot at Pitolganj, Rupganj, Narayanganj and a family brief. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,746 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
