The client wanted a lettable building at Araihazar, Narayanganj, not a single home. The scheme carries 2 units per typical floor across 2 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 3,520 sft.

Approach

Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.

Outcome

Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
