White Palace is a private house at Gachua, Sandwip, Chattogram, planned on a 10 decimal plot. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,980 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
